LA-based electropop artist Colaine releases her new single, Runner’s High. It’s about the heat of the moment. You feel panic and denial and want nothing more than to leave the situation because you feel you have been treated unfairly. Anger is literally boiling inside of you.
Heavy bass and clever synths ensure that the sound has a pleasant consistency. I love how the vocals are processed in such a way that they move unusually. The chorus hits with a power that outshines most songs. Quite cool, right?
