NYC-based Indie-Folk singer/songwriter Molly Ganley releases her new single, Eldest Daughter. The song outlines the experience of leaving your family behind and striking out on your own in the unknown world. It’s a daunting prospect, no doubt, but Ganley’s message is one of reassurance – you’ve got this. Even when times get tough, keep believing in yourself and stay confident that everything will work out alright eventually. You’re stronger than you think.
Indie-folk instrumentation gives the sound substance and makes it sparkle. I’m so fond of the guitar playing and drumming. The vocals sound sincere, accurately communicating every emotion.
Ganley shows that it’s normal to spread your wings, even with all the drawbacks that come with it. Life is one big learning experience. Check out Eldest Daughter below!
