Gina Livia releases her new single, idk2. She reflects on a relationship that feels dysfunctional and uncertain, acknowledging the disconnect that arises when they’re apart. Throughout the lyrics, there’s an underlying theme of hope, as the German singer/songwriter continues to see her partner in dreams and clings to the love they once shared. Despite this, things are messy in reality.
idk2 really pulls you in from the start. The instrumentals have this mesmerizing quality that just echoes deep within. And the vocals are so honest – it’s like Livia is expressing herself completely.
