Singer-songwriter Julie Haven has an affinity for creating music of high quality. She releases her new single, Running Man. It’s all about that ex who bolted as soon as things got too real. But instead of wallowing, Julie used her frustration to create this anthemic track. The lyrics are calling that person out, but the vibe is totally empowering and upbeat, with this killer bouncy piano riff driving the whole thing. It’s like Julie is taking her power back and saying “Yeah, you ran, but I’m not letting you bring me down.” And to top it off, the music video is just brilliant – you’ve gotta see it.
