Singer-songwriter Brooke Taylor releases her new single Dreams. The song talks about how she occasionally misses her ex and defends him in front of others even though she knows she shouldn’t. It’s for this reason that she sings ”Your kindness was a trap/Your intentions a map I still have dreams about you – I don’t want to.”
Dreams has a beautiful pop production based on raw musical potential. I love the soft vibes of the verses, which transition nicely into a more bouncy chorus, which glows with energy. Particularly the synths make it so magical.
Brooke once again shows a deeply personal side, but with a catchy sound to accompany it. You can’t criticize that. Check out Dreams below!
