Rising star Brooke Daye drops her sassy tune, Lying Thru Ur Teeth. It has influences of pop music from the 2010s, but it sounds very contemporary too. Anyhow, the electronic textures are striking no matter how you look at it. The vocals have the right attitude and are pleasingly dramatic.
The lyrics nod to Brooke’s time in the music industry and previous toxic relationships as they speak of taking back your power while disregarding all the bullsh!t. Thematically, things are varied here.
