It’s about wanting recognition for your work. Brittany feels she deserves more credit, and she’s sure others experience the same difficulty. She makes a fair point, as society is prone to taking things for granted. So be thankful to all the artists out there, because they change the world for the better.
I love how everything sounds here. The beat kicks in quickly and has this cool bounce. And the guitar melodies/riffs are as catchy as they can be, so admiring them is easy.
Brittany knows how to completely surprise you. You can comfortably listen to Grown and Thristy on repeat.
