British artist Opal Mag releases her latest single, Love to See You Shine. It starts off in good fashion with soaring slide guitar licks and shimmering tambourine. After about 20 seconds, the vocals step forward into the light. I like their dreamy attitude, especially during the chorus where they clash strikingly with the backdrop. The ebb and flow of the production is beautifully influenced by this.
Love to See You Shine talks about embracing newfound freedom and fully accepting who you are. When you achieve both, you become your most authentic self, empowered in both your actions and identity.
