Grace Harriet is a 20 year old singer/songstress from Northern California. She shares her new single, Kitchen Sink. Born from a healing sunset walk and recorded in the intimate setting of a Brighton, MA basement studio, the track radiates a kind of vulnerable clarity that only comes from processing pain among trusted friends.
Thematically, Kitchen Sink lives up to its name, pulling in everything Harriet has been carrying: burnout, emotional growing frustrations, and the subtle grief of evolving out of relationships and past versions of the self. But what’s striking is how these weighty themes are delivered not with bitterness, but with grace and warmth.
Gentle instrumentation and thoughtful layering make the song feel like a safe space, soft, spacious, and honest. You can hear the room it was made in.
