Its lyrics tackle the tension between two dreamers on the verge of greatness, whose relationship falters as their egos grow larger than their connection. As fame creeps in, it becomes clear that what once felt like a partnership built on shared ambition is now distorted by selfishness and competition.
I love the production here. The bassline sounds deep and groovy, offering a solid foundation that anchors the track while giving it a funky, almost disco-like pulse. The moody, warm chords over the hard-hitting drums feel like the finishing touch.
