On the surface, kendra lyssa’s Nowhere Fast is irresistibly catchy, with dreamy piano melodies, a lo-fi beat that pulses like a slow heartbeat, and the kind of melodic hooks that burrow into your brain. But underneath the gloss is a song steeped in emotional uncertainty.
