EMI WIDE’s electro pop immediately draws you in. She releases her new single, Good Life, which she wrote after realizing how behind she sometimes feels compared to her friends who are settling into careers and starting families. Meanwhile, she’s still chasing her artist dream, which isn’t the easiest road to take.
Even though Good Life has serious lyrics, the instrumental accompaniment is really playful, reminiscent of Cloudy June and Emlyn. The vocals are amazing, mostly due to the tone they reflect.
