Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Alissa Feudo resides near Austin, Texas. She shares her new single, Heart of Everything. Its lyrics speak of the interconnectedness of all species of life, plants, and animals. Even during our darkest hours, we aren’t a singular variable. Realizing this should provide some relief.
Heart of Everything has beautiful, clear vocals, which resemble the light emanating from stars at night. The instrumentation is predominantly folk, but it also embraces pop elements. I love how things unfold throughout.
