Teenage singer-songwriter Dring has quickly emerged as one of the most captivating voices of her generation. She recently released Love You Godly. It’s speaks on what it means to love someone who hasn’t truly figured out who they are yet, with lines like “If you’re afraid that your God may not love you, let me instead” hitting right in the heart.
The honesty in Dring’s voice makes Love You Godly feel deeply comforting. Supported by delicate folk-pop-inspired production with gentle guitar strums and subtle atmospheric textures, the song flows well.
I can’t get over how moving this track is. Check it out below!
