Mara Wanna is a Detroit-based singer-songwriter. She recently shared her sophomore album How Dreadful, including a track called Sorry Party. Production-wise, its electro-pop sound is clean and modern, featuring bouncy beats and shimmering melodic layers that breathe originality. The contrast between the upbeat instrumentation and the thoughtful lyrics gives the song great replay value.
Wanna delivers the lines with a cool, detached confidence, which adds punch to the song’s heart. She truly kills each note.
