Emily Sara is a singer, songwriter, actor and creator from Brooklyn, NY. Her new single, Lazy, came out recently. It talks about the burnout and perfectionism that comes with eldest-daughter syndrome and hustle culture. Many people will be able to relate to the lyrics, I believe.
I love the track’s smooth production, in which poppiness meets soulfulness. The vocals remind me a little of Tate McRae’s, as they’re full of emotional clarity, but also sassy.
