If you missed The Picnic Song the first time around, don’t worry, dréa szn brought it back, and this time it’s got more kick.
The original stripped-back version did what good songs do when left to their own devices, spreading through playlists and messages, attracting listeners who didn’t even know they needed it until they heard it. The song hit because it was honest, catchy, and inventive.
The new version, produced by YAOUNDÉBOXINGCLUB, keeps all of that and adds something rougher around the edges. Rock textures, more depth, etc. Basically, a more mature sound.
dréa szn’s debut EP coming this July. The Picnic Song is the third single, and if this is the standard she’s setting, the rest of it is going to be worth the wait.
