Meli Foster-Turner is an emerging indie-folk singer-songwriter and guitarist from Reading. She shares her brand new single, Change, which she wrote after she left college, realizing she wouldn’t see her best friend every day and the impact it might have on their friendship. The lyrics are compelling for sure.
The song sounds like a hybrid of Lizzy McAlpine and Billie Eilish. I love the way the guitar unfolds throughout, making you feel totally at home. The vocals are distinctive in how they deliver everything.
