Honey I’m Home have dropped Hyperspace Mountain, and it arrives exactly as advertised, broad-shouldered, dense, and heavier than anything they’ve put out before.
The track talks about the exhausting habit of making yourself smaller to make everyone else more comfortable. The lyrics will feel very relatable for many.
I love the production here, which mixes guitar-driven shoegaze with a variety of electronic textures that show the band’s understanding of how the genre is evolving. The vocals sound fantastic all the way through.
Honey I’m Home aren’t sidelining themselves any time soon. Hyperspace Mountain is out now. Check it out below!
