On So Far, Norway singer-songwriter Zueva captures the disorienting push-and-pull of trying to move on while still being emotionally tethered to the past. The lyrics are sincere all the way though, making them super interesting.
I love the song’s production. With UK garage drums, warm synth textures, and a heavy, pulsing bassline, it gradually develops into a dark, atmospheric soundscape. There’s a clear influence from artists like FKA twigs and PinkPantheress, but Zueva shapes those influences into something uniquely hers.
