Nashville-based artist and bassist Annelise Gonzales presents her new single, Are You Listening, which sounds brilliant. It’s tonally charged with feel-good banjo plucks, sweet cascading violin, and soft swells of percussion.
The lyrics are beautifully written and revolve around the realization that you no longer exist in the boxes others used to create for you, and being glad you no longer do.
