Last December, singer and songwriter Mallie Pierson released her single Pressure Cooker. The song talks about getting older and how that isn’t always as great as it seems. It involves some harsh realities. Mallie, for example, is exhausted, and so is everyone she knows.
The production here works well, with a beautiful build-up halfway through that comes very unexpectedly. The vocals are heartfelt and come from deep within.
