Costa Rican singer-songwriter NAYI, now based in Tampa, Florida, recently released Changes, from her new EP Coming to Terms with Changes. The song talks about going through a major period of change and not knowing exactly where life is heading. NAYI considers leaving everything behind, but memories of someone from her past keep pulling her back. Eventually, she realizes that she has to move forward, which means letting go of someone she once thought would always be there.
Changes has a catchy pop sound with shimmering melodies. I really like how the production keeps the song bright and easy to get into, even though the lyrics have a serious tone.
NAYI has us paying attention with Changes. Check it out below!
