Matthew Orgel releases Avoidant, from his fourth EP Overyearner. It explores the frustration of falling for someone who keeps their distance. You want to get closer, understand how they feel and build something real, but their reluctance to open up makes you uncertain. The more you try to connect, the more difficult it becomes to know where you stand.
Avoidant has modern pop production, featuring a variety of catchy textures. Orgel’s vocals are legendary from beginning to end. He simply knows how to express himself.
Call it like it is: Avoidant is a certified hit. Listen for yourself below!
