San Diego based dark pop fairy Riss has released not long ago new single Paper Dresses and it is an innovative piece of music. I am a big fan of the wonderful vocals which create a unique atmosphere. Besides the melodies are well constructed and know to take over control. Moreover, I also adore the well-written lyrics, they were originally about Van Gogh and the rumor that he ate yellow paint just to see if he could heal physically from his art, Riss wanted people to miss that kind of passion in themselves with a lightness of a paper dress.
