Southern California based Indie singer/songwriter Serendipity has released recently her debut single My Own Queen and I really like it. The vocals are amazing and showcase a clear vision. Moreover, the mellow melodies create a wonderful soundscape. Furthermore, I also adore the powerful chorus!
The lyrics are just like the sound very impressive. My Own Queen brings light to the complications of tragic attachment and the empowerment of finding her way in the world as a strong, young woman, on her own. It is an anthem to female power and to the power of self-love and self-respect.
