The 22-year-old singer, songwriter and producer Birthh has released recently her new single Supermarkets, a track with all the facets of a modern gem. I adore the acoustic melodies which create unique ambiances. Besides, Birthh her delicate vocals are sublime, she knows to capture attention until the last second. Furthermore, I am also a big fan of the dynamic elements!
Supermarkets is lyrically a reminder of our own limitations. As Birthh explains, “I like that the first thing people hear is the line ‘people are just people, they don’t know what they’re after.’ It’s true. We don’t. I also like the imagery of routine, and how we rely on it to reveal existential stuff in life. Humans have a hard time just stopping and thinking about what’s happening in our lives.”
You can say without any doubt that Supermarkets is a brilliant piece of music, so make sure to stream it as soon as possible and feel free to sing along with Birthh while listening!
Do not hesitate and add Supermarkets to your playlist(s).
You can stream Supermarkets below on Spotify or YouTube!
