Emerging singer-songwriter Raya has shared recently her debut single Contact and it sounds awesome. I really like the unique melodic construction which showcases creativity. Moreover, Raya knows to convince with her vocal performance, she has such a powerful voice. Furthermore, I am also a big fan of the innovative chorus!

Speaking about the track, Raya explains, ”Contact is an inside look into my journey as a queer, nonmonogamous woman. I wrote the song during a moment of reflection on the exciting, yet shallow, relationships I was having with partners due to my inability to be
vulnerable. Contact explores a moment in time in which my inner monologue reveals itself.”
