Farther is Carly Opacic’s new single and it sounds amazing. I really like the catchy melodies. Besides, the vocal performance is powerful. Furthermore, I also like the groovy basslines!
Speaking about the track, Carly says: ”This song was written based on an exaggeration of personal experience. I was in the mindset of a Bojack Horseman or Archer type person. Where you know you’re kind of causing the problem, but you don’t want to admit it and want to push blame else where, but you don’t want the people around you to leave because you’re not holding yourself accountable. It’s vulnerability and hardheadedness wrapped up in one song.”
