Kelli-Leigh Henry-Davila, known professionally as Kelli-Leigh, is a South London singer songwriter who has worked with the likes of Duke Dumont, Jax Jones and Low Steppa.
She just released her new single Just For One Day via her own label Music Core.
The song sounds so good. I like the uplifting elements. Besides, the vocals are stunning. Furthermore, I am also a fan of the quirky pop melodies and catchy hooks.
Having gelled over playing their favourite tunes and their sonic vision for artistry, the song was written by Kelli-Leigh and talented upcoming producer, Hoost, in their first writing session together.
Lyrically, the song has a lot of depth. It’s about how people need to take time out to reset and build energy.
Just For One Day is paired with a fantastic music video, shot by Kelli-Leigh’s film student sister Sarah-Louise Davila and edited by Kelli-Leigh herself.
