Swedish pop band Joe & The Anchor unveil Wait on Me, a hopeful song that encourages you to hang in there and to take time to heal something that’s broken. Melodious vocals float over a production that’s uplifting in tone, it features strong melodies and refrains. Great style of music, so creative.
About the track, the band say: ”Wait on Me is about patience – the path to something beautiful can have obstacles. It may apply to complicated love relationships, a lost friendship or a wound within yourself that takes time to heal – something that’s broken and needs to be rebuilt, piece by piece. And that has to take it’s time.”
Joe & The Anchor are currently working on a EP, titeld Blue, which will be released this spring. In the meanwhile, check out Wait on Me below. Definitely one of the most unique releases of the week.
