Stockholm-based artist, producer, and songwriter Klara Zangerl returns with new soulful single Trial Day, taken from her upcoming EP. It’s something else, true excellence. With silky vocals, and an intimate groove, Klara delivers a hit song. The verses, uplifting in tone, are highlighted by personal-sphered lyrics. This chorus is catchy, leaning towards a pop sound.
’Trial Day is about times when you’re trying to hard. I think everyone should aim to be their best authentic selves, but many people want to present a perfect image instead of looking within. Have we not learned that we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover? A pretty book with a selling summary is probably not the best book. This song is a somewhat ironic experience of passively judging others yet being so yourself’, Klara says.
