Singer/songwriter Nathaniel Paul combines poetry with music. New single Guns or Crosses is a thoughtful one, taken from his debut EP, which will be released March 24th. Crisp vocals flow over a calm, yet expressive instrumentation. The lyrics are absolutely impressive, relevant in every sense of the word.
Nathaniel explains: ”We have a basic choice to make. Either we learn to embrace each other or we prepare to fight. To begin resolving a problem we have to address the issue. This song began from a conversation I had with someone in my family. They had told me it was time to purchase a weapon, I responded with a question: “Would you rather die with a gun in your hand or a cross?”
