Dallas-raised alternative artist Madeline has shared a new single, Emergency Snack. It’s her first release of the year. The sound is catchy and will stay in your mind. I particularly enjoy the mix of strong pop instrumentals and vocals throughout.
Madeline comments on the track: “Emergency Snack came together pretty fast. I didn’t really think about what I was writing until after it was finished. The writing process was pretty representative of the actual situation. I felt like I was all over the place emotionally, but there was actually a through line of my thoughts the whole time.”
