Maple Valley raised singer-songwriter Zan Fiskum recently released her debut album, Sleeping Problems, which features the folk/pop tune Lean In. Its calmness immediately draws you in. However, the music will become more compelling later on. Authenticity comes from combining classical instruments with clear vocals. It’s the piano work that I like the most, as it moves the sound forward. Choruses like this have a timeless quality.
Zan comments: ”This song is for the dreamer’s who are at an inner battle and feel afraid of leaning into where you’re heart is calling you”
Lean In highlights Zan’s artistic abilities. I think the track’s message will resonate with listeners. Stream below!
