Singer-songwriter Candace in Wonderland and 4-piece band Small Words release, Cancelled. It’s an indie pop bop that many people can relate to. Absolutely compelling in terms of lyricism. The song talks about social anxiety during the quarantine era.
Thanks to its brilliant features, the instrumental remains timeless. Take the funky guitar work as an example, so crisp in sound. Originality is a characteristic of each section. Vocals sound expressive, and they convey the story so well.
