Hadley Kennary is an American singer/songwriter. I appreciate her latest single, Possession of Pain. Its sound is energetic, and there are melodies that are infectious. The music conveys both euphoria and melancholy.
Lyrics of this song can be described as powerful. Inspired by the acoustic songwriter-pop she was raised on, Hadley dives into the cathartic release that comes from allowing ourselves to feel pain – be it grief, sorrow, change, or anything in between – however we need to so we can heal.
