Nia Marie, a Philadelphia-born and raised artist, debuts her newest single, Trust Me, with Al von Staats. Listeners will enjoy the sound, as it’s modern, dynamic, and catchy. The chorus provides an outstanding musical quality, thanks to its richness and detailed texture. Nia and Staats both deserve praise for their stellar performances.
Regarding the song, Nia stated: ”So often I write songs with one perspective in mind – mine. In writing Trust Me I wanted to give the other character a moment to speak. I wanted a chance for two sides to the story to be shown and for the listener to feel like they’re apart of it, hearing the story unfold. While this story stemmed from real life events and was more of a therapy session when I wrote it, the production process, along with Al’s amazing vocals changed it into something new, fun, and exciting.”
