James Blake, the Mercury Music Prize and GRAMMY® Award winning British singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, has unveiled Famous Last Words. Musically, it paves a fresh and extraordinary way. This instrumentation possesses a very organic sound. Behind the production lies much creativity, something that’s instantly noticeable. For me, the last section, which is more theatrical in style, stands out the most.
Blake’s first new studio album in two years, Friends That Break Your Heart, will feature collaborations with SZA, JID & SwaVay, and Monica Martin, and will be released on 8th October 2021 under Polydor Records.
