Pia Salvia is a Belgian harpist, composer, and performer. Les Mêmes opens with mystical instrumentation, setting you on a journey into a whole new musical realm. Vocals follow, creating a striking sonic balance. The beat provides movement and energy. I like the sound because it’s quiet, but so full of harmonic variation.
It’s nearly impossible not to be mesmerized by this. Salvia conveys emotions through her music in a powerful way. The accompanying visual perfectly depicts the lyrics. Special mention must be given to the dancers, as they performed splendidly.
