The lyrics move through self-reflection, jealousy, shame, and the silent humiliation of scrolling through emptiness. They’re unflinching in the way only writing born from genuine reckoning can be.
I love the production throughout, which features elements like smooth basslines and quirky synths. The vocals are stellar from start to finish.
No Shame is the final movement of an album rooted in self-exposure, brought to life by award-winning director David J East. An ending that’s a worthy continuation of what came before it.
