To celebrate the release of Twin Rains’ Unreal City, we’ll talk about its lead single, All of the Angels, a bright, danceable song about how we as humans do not really know that much. I like these spacey grooves created by the duo. Bright guitar playing gives the music an infectious feel-good factor. Synths sparkle like the rays of the sun in the middle of winter. I don’t need to say much about the vocals, they’re awesome.
All of the Angels is about a situation that, although it may seem bad at first, might turn out well in the end, and vice versa. You don’t know how it turns out.
