With roots deeply rooted in Scandinavian dystopia, NYLE combines the best of AURORA and Sigur Rós. Her latest single, Your Trouble, leans heavily on indie pop with some gritty guitar playing thrown in. The vocals can move your soul with their profound impact.
Your Trouble illustrates the blurring of boundaries between people, compassion and empathy – but also the danger of losing oneself in it. The lyrics leave you thinking. To me, it’s one of the most striking aspects of the song.
Currently, NYLE is working on her upcoming EP, made up memories. Your Trouble, the project’s first single, effectively introduces the type of music to be found on it. Check the audio below!
