What happened? Why did the excitement of getting older wear off so quickly? Maybe it’s because you’re not quite sure what it means to be an adult. You thought it would be more fun, more glamorous, but so far it’s just been a lot of hard work.
For Katlin Stark, that thought led to the creation of her latest single, big girl now. The song is a confessional about how less magical life feels when it’s no longer lived through the eyes of a child. The lyrics are really powerful, and I think they’ll resonate with a lot of people.
