The little voice inside your head can be incredibly manipulative. It’s the one that puts you down and takes away your dignity. And it does all of this in an effort to make the world around you seem big and scary.
But here’s the thing: that voice is lying to you. It’s not reality. It’s just your inner psyche messing with you.
Noha Sare’s new single, Into Your Head, is a deep dive into her mental landscape, exploring the negative and controlling thoughts that plague her. The lyrics are thoughtful and somehow make you feel less alone.
The thing that I particularly like about Noha’s vocals is that they’re so authentic. She’s not trying to imitate anyone else—she’s just being herself, and that comes through in her singing.
Director Izak Berman had two goals for the music video: to magnify Noha’s emotional world to theatrical proportions and to emphasize her humanity and honesty. He accomplished the former by creating symbolic, dark fantasies and the latter by having her show the fragility that lies behind the facade.
