A new EP by emerging R&B pop artist Andrea Clute was just released on Friday. Its focus track Nervous combines some soulful elements with alt-pop production. I appreciate its smoothness; it never gets too busy, but instead stays balanced, which I find to be a good thing. Particularly the chorus stands out here, it has such a fun vibe.
The music video for Nervous has a high level of quality. Andrea wanted it to look nostalgic, and she thinks videographer Lindsey Blane did an excellent job! They used a really old GoPro to take some shots, and Andrea even brought out her digital camera from the 2000s for a few shots. Watch the video below!
