KIND HUMAN is always doing something different, which makes her an interesting artist to follow. Her latest single, NOT HERE TO LOVE ME, becomes increasingly haunting as it unfolds. While it isn’t very expansive sonically, it has enough depth. I like how the guitar provides melody, for instance. The vocals are rich in emotion and effects.
NOT HERE TO LOVE ME was written about a year and a half ago during Human’s first depression. She desperately tried to hold on to a toxic person because she didn’t love herself enough. But now that she’s happy, she’s ready to share her past emotions with the world.
