UK singer-songwriter Molly Willis returns with Hypocentre after a long hiatus. It’s inspired by surf-rock music from the 1960s. Throughout, guitar, drums, and bass can be heard. The vocals are phenomenal, giving the lyrics new meaning and allowing them to breathe.
Hypocentre explores feelings of restlessness and recklessness. When boredom tips over into self-destructive fantasy, it can lead to reckless decisions. Molly convincingly communicates her point, keeping you intrigued to the very end.
