UK singer-songwriter Michael Bird releases his new single, Creases. It’s filled with hope. Bird wants to convey that, despite obstacles, human connections are more than infatuation. With work and understanding, cultural differences can be celebrated rather than erased.
Creases has a wonderful musical build-up. Each time the chorus opens up a little bit, the beauty of the situation begin to reveal itself. Strings at the end are playful and disjointed, reflecting the fluidity needed to form third cultures.
