CELINE’s journey to her debut single hate somebody started two years ago during a painful breakup. The singer-songwriter reached out to Nashville artist Skout on a whim, asking if she’d consider collaborating. To CELINE’s surprise and delight, Skout agreed.
After connecting online and traveling to meet in person, CELINE and Skout crafted a song reflecting on the ups and downs of a queer relationship. hate somebody captures the intensity of emotions that love brings.
